PAYMENT We are linked to CCNOW for secure online credit card processing.

All Major Credit Cards and Pay Pal are accepted.

We are able to take credit cards on selected items. On these items you will see a light yellow item # icon, use this for credit card orders. The price you see on the credit card order form will include standard shipping and handling charges. There are no PA sales taxes on any of our online credit card orders. Minnesota has now started charging tax.

Cash, check and money order customers may use the printable order form and will need to add shipping charges to the order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We try to ship credit card, money order and cashier check orders within 2 days. Personal check orders are shipped when your check clears the bank.

We use USPS ground unless otherwise requested. Delivery time ranges 1 to 8 days. Priority 1 to 3 days. Subject to the schedules of the US Postal Service. Express shipping is also available.

The credit card site price includes standard shipping and handling. If possible we will reduce the shipping amount when several items are sent to one address.

RETURNS: We offer a 15 day Money Back Guarantee for the merchandise portion of your order, for any reason. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone before returning the merchandise. Have the CCN number and/or invoice number available. The merchandise must be received in "as new" condition including all parts, pieces and packing materials. A refund will be made to your credit card as soon as we have received and inspected the materials.

The value of the merchandise may be used for exchange or for credit toward other items. Cash refunds will be made only after checks or money orders clear, no cash refund for credit card orders.

All orders over $50.00 are shipped with insurance and claims are to be handled in accordance with the carriers policies. If you should receive a damaged parcel please contact us immediately so that we may assist you with the replacement and pick-up of the item or items.
